This position reports to:
Production Supervisor
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you support the production unit in achieving its defined goals by adhering to established processes and systems. You operate machines and equipment in the workshop daily and apply your technical expertise in reading and interpreting technical drawings and assembly instructions for products, systems, or control cabinets.
Work Model: On-site
Location: Motion Traction, Production in Turgi
Key Interfaces: Testing, Engineering, and Production Planning
Your Main Tasks:
Assembly, outfitting, and wiring of components and devices according to order specifications
Electronic recording of device data in the ERP system (SAP)
Execution and documentation of quality inspections according to specifications
Daily work documentation and active participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP)

Qualifications for the Role
Experience in automation and assembly, with knowledge of relevant methods and standards
At least 3 years of professional experience in automation/assembly and solid expertise
Good computer skills and experience with industry-specific software
Strong social skills and teamwork ability as well as strong communication skills
Completed vocational training in automation or assembly
Confident German language skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
