What makes your work particularly attractive
You support and accompany patients with substance dependence or multiple problems who are in inpatient withdrawal or further psychotherapeutic treatment. As part of the interprofessional treatment team, you bring the perspective of an Expert from Experience in the field of addiction disorders. In addition to individual conversations, you also conduct group offerings and contribute to the professional and content development of the module map. In the ongoing implementation of peers within the clinic, you take on a key role.
What distinguishes you
You have an EX-IN (Experience Involvement) training certificate and already have experience in peer work, preferably in the addiction field. In the context of patient-centered care for people with an addiction disorder, you are happy to take on new and responsible tasks. You maintain an open and appreciative interaction, are communicative, and have a confident demeanor. Leading patient groups is familiar to you, or you are willing to learn this with support. Furthermore, you are characterized by pioneering spirit and innovative strength and appreciate constructive, interprofessional collaboration.
