What is my role?

• You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of a motivated team in property management

• You comprehensively manage your own mandate portfolio and coordinate all commercial and technical management processes

• You are the central contact person for owners, tenants and external service providers

• You further develop your team, optimise processes and prepare reports for your mandates

• You actively participate in strategic decisions and the further development of the department

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training as a real estate agent or a comparable qualification

• You bring several years of professional experience in property management as well as initial leadership experience

• You have sound knowledge of tenancy and condominium law

• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and communicate confidently at all levels

• You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and are proficient in MS Office as well as ideally in real estate software
