Your tasks – our position
- Professional, personnel and administrative leadership of around 13 employees
- Co-responsibility for the implementation of the Stroke Unit’s performance targets
- Ensuring the management, support and further development of the nursing team.
- Responsibility for ensuring professional nursing in collaboration with the nursing specialist and vocational training
- Patient- and employee-oriented thinking and acting, taking into account economic requirements
- Participation in projects to improve and further develop the ward as well as active involvement in working groups
- Co-responsibility for ensuring the training mandate of students and achieving the goals of employees in further education
- Promotion of constructive collaboration within the interprofessional care team
- Ensuring patient care that meets professional standards and quality requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with processes, guidelines and standards for patient safety.
- Ensuring continuity and coordination of care within the ward.
- Recognising organisational problems and initiating improvement measures.
- Contributing to the development and optimisation of the Stroke Unit’s processes.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
Your skills – our requirements
- Training as a qualified nurse HF/FH with IMC course, NDS IP/Anä/NF
- Interest in further developing and deepening leadership knowledge
- Several years of professional experience and ideally practical experience in stroke treatment
- Solution-oriented thinking and acting, ability to handle complex situations
- Independent working style, team spirit and healthy resilience
- Good communication skills, high social and self-competence
- Committed personality with motivation and initiative to contribute significantly to the further development of our organisation in a changing environment
- Fluent in German or French (spoken/written) with good knowledge of the other language or willingness to learn or further develop it
- Proven leadership experience
