To strengthen our team in the Internal and Field Sales department, we are looking – immediately or by arrangement – for a Sales Assistant Internal and Field Service (100%) for the Düdingen (FR) location.

In this role, you actively support our regional managers in the West region in the field in various sales processes. With your organisational skills and flair for administrative tasks, you take on a central hub function in our team. You contribute to ensuring that we can offer our customers the best possible service on site or by telephone.

Your main tasks
• Active support of the regional managers in sales and administrative matters
• Telephone and written sales advice as well as customer care
• Processing and follow-up of quotations, product enquiries, and orders
• Preparation and coordination for successful commissioning at the customer’s site
• Maintenance of customer master data and sales documents
• Aftersales

Your profile
• Sales or consulting experience, ideally with a medical background
• Technical understanding and interest in medical devices
• You speak fluent German and ideally also French
• Experience and enjoyment in customer contact and sales on site or by telephone
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Confident use of all MS Office programmes and ideally CRM and ERP systems
• Driving licence category B
