HR Business Partner 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You advise our managers pragmatically and on an equal footing and support them in all operational people matters along the entire HR life cycle, from recruitment to exit.
- You build trust as a neutral point of contact for managers and employees and actively promote well-being, retention, and satisfaction.
- You manage a specific HR topic area that suits your profile well, such as occupational health management, culture, or digitalisation.
- You are part of diverse HR projects, contribute ideas, and develop solutions that have a sustainable impact.
- You actively support the further development of our HR processes and tools and help us work smarter and more efficiently.
Your profile
- You have a federal diploma as an HR specialist and at least 3 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a related industry.
- You remain calm even when things do not go according to plan and convince with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
- You show initiative, think and act entrepreneurially, and are willing to travel about 20% within the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
- You are IT-savvy, enjoy digital tools, and are motivated to develop innovative HR solutions.
- You are an open, approachable personality with very good German and English skills; French is an advantage.
You will work at our beautiful and modern Service Centre in the heart of Kloten, directly in the assigned operations, or from home. Your working hours are Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.
