Job Description:
We’re hiring a senior FX Specialist in Zurich to develop and deliver a strong FX advisory capability for our private banking clients.
This is a newly created role, focused on building relationships with CROs (Client Relationship Officers) and engaging clients with relevant and timely FX solutions.
If you are expert and experienced in FX markets, with extensive proficiency in all FX tools, comfortable working independently, and motivated by the chance to shape something from the ground up — this could be the right next step in your career.
Roles responsibilities:
- As subject matter expert the resource will engage directly with private banking clients and work alongside CROs to deliver tailored FX advice and solutions.
- Manage highly divergent audience at an high level of complexity
- Complement the efforts of CROs by bringing extensive market expertise and product knowledge to client conversations.
- Offer tailored solutions across the full range of FX products, aligned with client objectives, risk profiles, and prevailing market conditions.
- Take ownership of the full trade lifecycle: you will anticipate business needs and offer unique solutions - from opportunity identification to post-trade support.
- Monitor macroeconomic and market developments and translate insights into actionable advice.
- Be the key enablers in expanding FX advisory within the Switzerland booking center and strengthening internal awareness of the offering.
- Being accountable for delivery of tactical business targets that are financially measurable and discipline‑level impact as a norm .

- Independent and autonomous in seeking opportunities and acts on them.
- Strong attention to detail, especially around execution and follow-up.
- Fluency in English required; German or French or Italian language is considered as a plus.
