Your Profile
- Technical or commercial training or degree (business/technology)
- Professional experience in supply chain management, ideally with technical components/systems
- At least 5 years of experience in operational purchasing (industry, mechanical engineering or similar)
- Strong in analysis, organisation & prioritisation
- Very good German and English skills (additional languages = plus)
- Confident in supplier contact with assertiveness
- Independent, strong in negotiation & convincing in appearance
- Proficient in MS Office and confident in handling ERP systems (e.g. PSIpenta)
- Entrepreneurial thinking, solution-oriented, team-oriented
Your Tasks
- Contributing to strategic goals and compliance with KPIs in coordination with the strategic buyer
- Creating and sending orders
- Categorising priorities in coordination with the purchasing team
- Adjusting disposition parameters (procurement times, etc.)
- Setting purchasing parameters for new items
- Requesting new and obsolete items
- Order tracking (order confirmations, etc.)
- Executing and categorising operational procurement processes including order triggering and adjustment of disposition parameters (creation, maintenance and control of required master and disposition data)
