About the job

Planning and execution of events: You participate in the preparation and implementation of events. You ensure the smooth running of events together with the event team. This includes, among other things, planning, coordination and collaboration with internal and external parties, managing rentals and customer events, responsibility for setup and dismantling, operation of event technology.

Material management: Your further tasks include managing event materials and the storage as well as the event technology.

Working hours: Working hours may vary depending on the event and occasion, sometimes involving long working days. Night and weekend shifts are part of the role.

Experience: You have several years of practical experience in planning and executing events. You can confidently operate various technical devices (e.g. sound technology). You have technical understanding, manual skills and possess secure IT knowledge (MS Office).

Personality: You work independently, reliably and solution-oriented, set priorities and keep an overview even with changing tasks. You are flexible, service-oriented, communicative, enjoy working in a team and are physically resilient.

Education: You have training as an event specialist (EFZ) or in a comparable technical or commercial-technical field. Alternatively, you are an all-rounder who masters the operation of modern, professional event technology.

Language: You have flawless German skills in spoken and written form. Knowledge of English and French is desirable.
