For the Corporate Service Center Dübendorf location, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start of a
Regional Education Officer 80-100%
Your tasks
- Preparation, implementation and follow-up of structured supervision visits to Tertianum operations to ensure the training quality of apprentices & students (nursing as well as other professions)
- Training and, if necessary, intensive support of BBV/BB roles in the operations
- Support and communication in challenging situations, with internal key departments, schools and education authorities
- Active participation in Tertianum training and development initiatives
- Support in recruiting apprentices and students
Your profile
- Completed training in nursing (at least tertiary level) as well as solid experience in vocational education (BV/BB function and nursing management experience)
- Completed SVEB 2 or equivalent training
- Strong advisory skills, resilience and ability to quickly integrate into new teams/structures and pragmatically initiate changes
- High willingness to travel within the assigned regions, flexibility and readiness for short- to medium-term on-site presence phases in the houses. (GA will be provided)
- Very good German and French skills in spoken and written form (at least C1 level), preferably bilingual
