Specialist in Collaboration and Team Development

The Personnel Office implements strategic and operational tasks as a centre of expertise for human resources throughout the entire cantonal administration of Graubünden. We contribute to making the canton of Graubünden an attractive and modern employer. In the organisational development sector, within the framework of the digital administration of Graubünden, we support the administration in introducing modern forms of collaboration and further developing management, collaboration and organisational culture.

Then you are exactly the person we are looking for. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a specialist in collaboration and team development to start immediately or by arrangement.
- Development of strategies, standards and best practices for effective collaboration within the administration
- Consulting and support of administrative units on issues related to team and collaboration development
- Support for the introduction and sustainable use of digital collaboration solutions, in close cooperation with the IT Office
- Design, implementation and facilitation of training courses, workshops, consultations and exchange opportunities on collaborative working methods
- Monitoring technological and cultural developments and identifying related areas of intervention for the administration
- Collaboration on organisational development, change management and transformation projects within the framework of the digital administration of Graubünden
- University degree or equivalent higher education in business administration, psychology, human resources, organisational development or a related field
- Experience in supporting cross-functional projects and collaborating with various stakeholder groups
- Experience in using and introducing digital collaboration solutions, as well as understanding the interactions between working methods, organisation and technology
- Experience in supporting change processes and knowledge of team and group dynamics
- Analytical and structured working method, strong communication and persuasion skills, as well as high empathy towards different viewpoints
