About the job
Your area of responsibility
- Reception, care and farewell of our guests
- Entry and ID checks as well as support at reception and cloakroom
- Conducting casino tours and player explanations for slot machines
- Service of food and drinks at slot machines and gaming tables
- Care and coordination of experience packages including billing
- Participation in events, promotions and guest activities
- Ensuring compliance with the social concept
What you bring
- Flair or experience in the service sector (hotel industry, gastronomy, sales), basic commercial knowledge an advantage
- Communicative, open and service-oriented manner
- Good German skills, French and English an advantage
- Willingness to work evening, night and weekend shifts (shift work)
- Impeccable character (criminal record and debt enforcement register without entries)
- Well-groomed appearance
