Role:
Our partner is a traditional, leading Swiss real estate company with around 200 employees at several locations. To strengthen and lead one of the four specialist teams in real estate accounting, we are looking for a qualified leader with a strong financial background to start immediately or by arrangement. In this responsible key position, you will take on the technical and personnel leadership of the team, ensure first-class billing quality, manage complex property transactions and act as a competent sparring partner for owners and employees.

Responsibilities:
In your central leadership role, you are responsible for the technical and personnel management of the real estate accounting team.
You take on the preparation and review of quarterly, annual and interim accounts as well as management reporting.
You manage the accounting processing of property purchases, sales and takeovers.
You handle legal special cases such as debt enforcement, bankruptcies, court submissions and terminations due to payment default.
You support your team with dunning, condominium ownership (STWEG) and deposit liquidations.
You act as the central contact person for owners and internal interfaces on all financial matters.
You actively participate in cross-departmental projects and process optimisations.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed commercial training with several years of experience in real estate accounting.
Proven leadership talent with high social competence, empathy and strong team spirit.
Solid IT skills (MS Office); familiar handling of GARAIO REM is a strong advantage.
Strong numerical flair as well as an independent, structured and resilient working style.
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form.
