For a successful Swiss industrial company, we are looking for an experienced IT professional who combines technical expertise with initial leadership experience. You will take on a central role within the operational IT and, together with your team, ensure a reliable system landscape.
- Support and further development of various business-critical systems and applications
- Analysis and sustainable resolution of technical faults
- Coordination of adjustments and further development of existing solutions
- Planning and implementation of internal IT projects
- Advising and supporting various departments on technical issues
- Leadership and professional development of a small team
- Collaboration with internal and external IT specialists
- Participation in the further development of IT security and system availability
- Several years of professional experience in a technically broad IT function
- Experience within an industrial or production company is a great advantage
- Knowledge in the environment of ERP systems, MES or comparable business applications
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, databases and security
- Initial experience in personnel or professional leadership
- Independent and solution-oriented working style with enthusiasm for operational activities
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills
