This is the job - Your main tasks

• Analysis and conception: Support clients from various industries in analysing their needs and developing suitable solutions.
• Requirements determination: Conduct workshops and interviews and use various IT tools to model and manage client requirements.
• Process optimisation: Examine structures, business and communication processes and identify optimisation potentials.
• Solution development: Create evaluations, assess solution variants and work on developing effective, high-quality solutions.
• Interface management: Advise as a link between specialist departments and IT divisions, apply various survey techniques and support project staff.

This job is for you if

• You have a university degree (FH/University/ETH/EPFL) in engineering, information technology or a comparable field.
• You have proven experience as a Business Analyst - ideally in the mobility environment.
• You enjoy working with different people and like developing solutions in a team.
• You are communicative and want to take on a mediating interface function.
• You are enthusiastic about methods and techniques for gathering, documenting and modelling requirements.
• You have experience in one of the fields of natural sciences, economics or engineering sciences and are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
• You can communicate fluently in German and English.

As the icing on the cake, you bring

• Certification as a Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or experience in complex analysis projects.
• Expert knowledge in specific IT systems or platforms used in our core industries.
