Product Manager Labour Market Offers 80 - 100 %
The Labour Market Offers department is responsible for providing and ensuring the quality standards of all labour market measures (AMM). Our range of AMM includes courses, educational and employment offers for job seekers registered with the RAV, with the aim of rapid and sustainable reintegration into the labour market. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a service-oriented and quality-conscious personality by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the demand-oriented planning and quality assurance of the cantonal labour market measures (AMM) and continuously review your portfolio of offers according to the needs of the RAV personnel consultancy.
- You participate in the preparation of tenders and public procurements and contribute your professional expertise in the evaluation and implementation of the AMM.
- You take on the content-related, organisational and professional management of the offers (including examination of employment, educational and coaching concepts, visitations, quantity planning, etc.)
- You support the personnel consultants in the Regional Employment Centres (RAV) in all questions regarding the qualification of job seekers and the effective use of the AMM.
- You develop new, effective educational concepts and employment offers for job seekers.
- You participate in the demand-oriented procurement of AMM as well as in cross-departmental projects and working groups.
- You observe the labour and education market to continuously optimise the offers.
Your competencies
- You have training and/or further education in the field of (adult) education or labour integration.
- You have experience in the development and conception of educational or labour integration offers and in project management.
- You have strong conceptual skills and command fluent German at a high level.
- You possess high team and communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills.
- You enjoy administrative tasks, have an affinity for databases, a high quality awareness combined with customer orientation as well as very good MS Office skills.
