For our client, an international group, we are currently looking to a recruit a Senior HR Manager. This newly created role will drive HR processes and strategy, whilst also managing HR operations.
Our client is an international group, based in the Vaud canton.
Description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the HR operations for all Swiss employees
- Define HR processes, strategy and best practice
- Work closely with the Executive Committee to ensure the HR function supports the business and its growth
- Manage recruitment for strategic positions
- Implement effective talent management strategies, including succession planning and career development
- Support and accompany managers with any HR related question
Profile
- Proven track record within an HR leadership role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
- Experience working in international or multicultural environment
- Willing to travel
