Group Coordinator (m/f/d)

Mission

You coordinate and organise various types of events, including seminars, conferences, banquets and private events, while acting as the main point of contact for clients and providing personalised follow-up before, during and after each event
You coordinate the different internal departments as well as external service providers to ensure the smooth running of events
You prepare offers, contracts, programmes and documents necessary for the execution of events, while ensuring their administrative and financial follow-up and respecting agreed budgets
You are present on site during events and ensure their smooth running in accordance with the hotel’s quality standards
You contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and event offerings

You have training in hospitality, events, tourism or a similar field and have professional experience in event organisation, ideally in hospitality and the MICE sector
You have excellent organisational skills, are autonomous and able to manage several files simultaneously
You are a dynamic, flexible, solution-oriented person with an excellent sense of service
You are comfortable interacting with various contacts, have excellent interpersonal skills and are fluent in French and English; German is an asset
You are proficient with common computer tools
