As a vocational trainer, you are close to our learners and guide them individually through their training. You promote their strengths, provide orientation, and create an environment where they can grow and take on responsibility.
You are not alone in this: you work closely with the nursing team, the education coordinators, and the relatives. Together, you ensure that training with us not only works but truly inspires.
You will become part of an open, modern education team that operates across locations in Bern West. We value proactive thinking, co-creation, and ensuring that good ideas are implemented.
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Further training in vocational pedagogy SVEB certificate trainer (or equivalent training of 300 hours, or willingness to complete this)
- At least 2 years of experience in nursing
- High pedagogical competence
- Empathy and joy in supporting learners
- Quality awareness, organisational talent, and a reflective, open personality
- 5 weeks’ holiday, 6 weeks from age 45, 7 weeks from age 55
- Employer contribution to premiums for daily sickness allowance insurance and pension fund higher than statutory regulations
- Competent, committed, and collegial team

- Working hours Monday to Friday without weekend shifts
