Medical Co-Director Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- You will take on the professional and personnel co-leadership of the interdisciplinary clinic team.
- In this role, you lead and evaluate integrated psychiatric-psychotherapeutic assessments and treatments of individuals, couples, and families across all age groups and disorders.
- As Medical Co-Director, you actively participate in shaping and implementing projects for professional and institutional development.
- You monitor the achievement of departmental goals and initiate appropriate measures if necessary.
- In this role, you participate in on-call duties, ensuring continuous care.
- You maintain networking and professional exchange with external referrers and specialist centres and prepare expert reports on various issues if interested.
Qualifications:
- You hold a specialist title in psychiatry.
- You demonstrate strong organisational skills and ideally have already gained leadership experience.
- You enjoy working in a team and wish to actively engage with your leadership role.
- You responsibly take on tasks and actively drive the development of your department.
- You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing.
