• You ensure the telephone and written 1st level support of our digital channels (eBanking, ZKB Mobile Banking, ZKB TWINT, frankly, ZKB InfoApp, financial information)
• As a Digital Enabler, you enthusiastically accompany our customers through digitalization
• First point of contact for our customers in handling fraud cases
• You take turns being responsible for evening and weekend shifts

• Professional experience in telephone communication such as contact center or personal customer consulting
• With your above-average IT affinity and interest in new technologies and trends, you actively shape the innovation process
• Thanks to your pronounced empathy, you can easily put yourself in our customers and their needs
• You are a communicative personality and have great enthusiasm for customer contact
• You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written; additional foreign language skills in another national language are an advantage
