Team Leader Sales Controlling - Zurich (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role as Senior Commercial Controller, you will shape the financial management and support of business development with your expertise. You analyse commercial key figures, identify optimisation potentials, and provide decision-making bases for sustainable growth. You contribute your experience in the further development of controlling processes and ensure transparency regarding performance and profitability. Responsibilities:
You lead the commercial controlling team both professionally and personally and develop your employees further
You manage the budget and forecast processes for marketing and sales
You coordinate and support monthly and annual financial statements according to IFRS
You are responsible for the further development of management information systems and reporting landscape
You analyse commercial business development and support management decisions
You coordinate internal efficiency enhancement programmes
You lead or support company-wide finance and transformation projects
Qualifications:
You have a business administration education with a focus on controlling or finance
You bring several years of experience in sales or commercial controlling
You possess leadership experience as well as very good knowledge of SAP, BI, and Excel; experience with AI tools or Python is an advantage
You convince through business understanding, assertiveness, and a pragmatic hands-on mentality
You have very good German and English skills
