Administration and Reception Employee 100%
Your tasks
- Daily guest administration/guest advice
- Contact person for internal guests and external visitors
- Operation of telephone switchboard, reception
- Operational support of the managing director
- Preparation of contract documents
- Accounting tasks such as creditor accounting and invoicing
- Management and ordering of office supplies and printed materials
- Assistance and support in the implementation and organisation of marketing measures and events
Your profile
- Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ and several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Very good IT skills (MS Office, CRM, CMS, SAP)
- Precise working method
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of varied challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
