Role:
You are familiar with applications in HR, facility management, finance or marketing and want to actively drive digital solutions? In this role, you take responsibility for business applications and ensure their stable, secure and efficient use. You are responsible for the further development, integration and standardisation of the application landscape and ensure that the systems are optimally aligned with business processes. You accelerate automation of processes through modern platforms, DevOps approaches and the use of AI, contributing significantly to digital transformation. Through your analytical and solution-oriented working style, you identify improvement potentials and implement them in a structured manner together with relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for central business applications in the areas of HR, FM, finance and marketing and develop them further together with the team.
- In this role, you develop and maintain business apps with Power Apps, Copilot Studio as well as other low-code and no-code technologies for the specialist departments.
- As an application manager for business applications and automation, you translate business requirements into functional solutions and work closely with the specialist departments.
- You identify automation potentials, implement workflows and ensure seamless integration via API-based interfaces between cloud applications, third-party systems and internal platforms.
- You design a standardised, secure and scalable cloud platform with infrastructure as code and platform automation and establish modern DevOps practices for build, test and deployment processes.
- You support 2nd-level support, ensure stable operation of the applications and drive AI and Copilot solutions based on Microsoft Copilot and AI technologies.
Qualifications:
- You have experience with enterprise applications, ideally with Microsoft BC365, SuccessFactors, UKG, Abacus, HubSpot or comparable solutions.
- You are familiar with the Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio as well as automation and integration technologies and ideally also with DevOps, CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
- You are familiar with cloud and web technologies and competently support specialist departments in their requirements.
- You understand operational processes in HR, facility management, finance and marketing areas.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even with complex requirements.
- You communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team at the interface between IT and specialist departments and have very good German skills; English is advantageous for manufacturer and interface topics.
