As a Measurement Technician Machine and Process Diagnostics, you carry out demanding static and dynamic machine and process measurements on test benches as well as during final acceptance. You analyse measurement results, identify anomalies, and derive technical correlations and optimisation measures. You work closely with assembly, quality, and field service and support the further development of our measurement techniques.
Responsibilities:
Performing, evaluating, and interpreting standardised static and dynamic machine and process measurements
Conducting measurements on the test bench and during final acceptance
Operating and managing measurement hardware and measurement software
Identifying fault patterns and anomalies outside defined tolerance limits
Correlating measurement results with mechanical issues
Performing trend analyses on machines and component populations
Planning, conducting, and supervising prototype measurements including documentation
Creating and maintaining work instructions
Contact person for quality issues in the area of assembly
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training in electromechanics or experience as a machine assembler with a strong flair for electronics
Sound knowledge in the interpretation of statistical key figures
Good knowledge of physical measurement quantities and their practical application
Basic knowledge in vibration theory
Sound knowledge of common machine and process diagnostic methods
Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
