Understanding the core business of a supermarket from A to Z
Training in all departments, procedures, processes and systems
Introduction to the role of deputy manager with operational and conceptual tasks
Willingness to complete internal specialist training in sales, inventory management, self-competence and leadership

Completed vocational training and/or professional experience in retail
Leadership experience and further training advantageous
Confident appearance, assertiveness and high social competence
Commitment and willingness to engage for common goals
Organisational talent, flexibility and the ability to remain calm even in hectic situations
Friendly and team-oriented personality with a well-groomed appearance
Good German skills in spoken and written form, knowledge of Italian advantageous
