Job Objectives
Within the technical team encompassing all functions related to study and execution, we wish to expand our team to ensure and guarantee deadline control, resource optimisation and effective coordination of stakeholders. The planner contributes to structuring projects by defining scheduling strategies, master schedules and the management tools necessary for the smooth running of operations.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Analyse tender documents and identify milestones, technical and administrative constraints as well as scheduling risks.
- Define the planning strategy and project execution sequences.
- Develop master schedules integrating study, preparation and execution phases.
- Identify the critical path and propose measures to optimise deadlines.
- Work closely with acquisition, study, methods, works teams and technical specialists.
- Monitor work progress and adjust schedules according to project developments.
- Conduct scheduling risk analyses and propose corrective actions.
- Develop phasing plans, synoptics and visual planning aids.
- Carry out regular site follow-ups to control work progress.
- Capitalize on feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes.
Desired Profile:
- Higher or technical education in building or civil engineering (ETH, University of Applied Sciences, Technical College, Technician or equivalent).
- Proven experience in planning, site management, site coordination or execution of building construction projects in a general contractor company.
- Good knowledge of execution methods and site realisation phases.
- Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project or equivalent).
- Knowledge of BIM tools and specialised software is an asset.
- Practical sense, field-oriented and support service minded.
- Excellent analytical, anticipatory and problem-solving skills.
- Autonomy, rigour and organisational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
Languages
- Proficiency in German or English is an asset.
