As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a Chairperson of the Executive Board 80 - 100%
What you will achieve with us
- Further development of BWO and active shaping of the organization's future
- Coordination and linking of different perspectives within the executive board
- Ensuring effective collaboration with the board of trustees
- Implementation of the strategy set by the board of trustees together with the executive team
- Promotion and support of entrepreneurial decisions
- Management of overall planning and control of central cross-departmental processes
- Contact person for authorities, partners, and external stakeholders
- Development and implementation of a future-oriented communication strategy
- Continuous expansion of public relations
What distinguishes you
- Degree at tertiary level as well as a strong understanding of business contexts
- Experience in working with social institutions, authorities, and political bodies – ideally with an existing network
- Enthusiasm for working in a heterarchical executive team and joy in taking on coordinating and structuring responsibility
- Project management skills combined with high social competence, confident appearance, and negotiation skills
- An honest, solution- and team-oriented personality with innovative strength and willingness to shape
