• Preparation of quotations and calculations for civil and structural engineering projects

• Tendering and submission of construction projects

• Quantity determination and cost calculation

• Obtaining and comparing subcontractor and supplier offers

• Preparation of specifications

• Additional calculations during project execution

• Close collaboration with project managers and site managers

• Participation in construction meetings and negotiations with clients

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a construction supervisor, construction technician or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in calculation in civil and/or structural engineering

• Sound knowledge of construction calculation and construction industry

• Confident handling of calculation software and MS Office

• Analytical thinking and precise working method

• Negotiation skills and strong communication

• Teamwork and independent working style

• Good German language skills, spoken and written
