What you can move.
- As the manager for "Planning and Deployment of Construction Machines", you lead the team and ensure the economical, punctual, and safe availability of machines and transport means, allowing you to contribute directly to punctuality and customer satisfaction.
- You are responsible for the overall planning and scheduling of all machine and transport resources according to clear economic principles and in consultation with users.
- You take technical responsibility for contracts, represent users' interests in tenders and acquisitions, and monitor the budget and services of various partners (SBB, BLS, and TPF).
- You continuously develop planning and deployment processes and systems and, together with your team, advance digital transformation.
- You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with a cross-functional approach, ensuring transparent communication and clear priorities.
What you bring.
- Thanks to your persuasiveness and assertiveness, you communicate in a targeted and appropriate manner to the level of your various internal and external interlocutors.
- Ideally, you have experience in the railway environment and several years of leadership experience in a similar role.
- You have completed basic training in the technical or railway operations field as well as technical studies at ES, HES, or university level, or equivalent further education.
- You must have good user knowledge of SAP systems and common Office applications. You also have an affinity for IT and are willing to familiarise yourself with sector-specific applications.
- You have a very good knowledge of German (minimum level C1) and are able to communicate in French (minimum level B1).
