YOUR MISSION
In this varied interface role, you support the Product Management and Merchandising departments and maintain close communication with all relevant specialist areas. With your organisational talent and structured way of working, you ensure a smooth flow of information and contribute significantly to projects and processes being implemented efficiently and on time.
HERE YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
Merchandising
Processing customer and special orders
Supporting the back office team with store and customer enquiries as well as with transfers and returns
Setting target stock levels according to merchandising specifications
Assisting with the maintenance and correction of stock levels as well as with administrative adjustments in the merchandise management system
Preparation and coordination of cross-departmental information
Assisting in ensuring an optimal flow of goods
Provision of products for events, promotions, and marketing activities
Data control
Product Management
Article creation and order management
Master data maintenance
Reconciliation of goods receipt & invoices
Organisation and preparation of all purchasing-related meetings
Creation and maintenance of seasonal overviews with relevant product information
Management of photo & production samples
Label orders
Development of sales arguments in collaboration with the Product Manager
Creation of product texts and bullet points for the e-commerce area
Ensuring and coordinating product-relevant data for the e-commerce and marketing departments, data control
General tasks
Minute-taking at central collection and department meetings
Creation and maintenance of department-specific calendars
Analysis and monitoring of weekly top and slow sellers
WHAT SETS YOU APART
Commercial training or comparable qualification
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organisational skills and a structured way of working
High service orientation and communication skills
Independent, efficient, and reliable working style with a high standard of quality
Flexible, open, and team-oriented personality with enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders
Interest in fashion, products, and retail processes
