Who are we?

The Cantonal Social Insurance Institution (ECAS) is an autonomous public law institution that administers and coordinates the activities of the Compensation Fund of the Canton of Fribourg, those of the Cantonal Disability Insurance Office, as well as the Central Services. It thus constitutes a unique centre of expertise in first pillar social insurances for insured persons and companies in the Canton of Fribourg.

Your tasks

Within the "AHV and Billing" section of the Cantonal Disability Insurance Office:

• Apply the current reimbursement scales for travel expenses, assistance contributions, auxiliary means, as well as specialist fees, in accordance with the various applicable tariff agreements
• Ensure the processing and follow-up of invoices, whether submitted in digital or paper format, ensuring compliance with internal procedures
• Act as a contact person for insured persons and suppliers, responding to their questions regarding benefits

Desired profile

• Holder of a commercial employee federal certificate of competence (CFC)
• Several years of professional experience in the insurance field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating rigour and organisation 
• Very good writing, communication and organisational skills
• Very good command of common office software
• Ability to manage a heavy workload while maintaining quality work
• Fluency in French with knowledge of German
