Skills
- Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF oder gleichwertige Ausbildung erforderlich.
- Kommunikative und entscheidungsfreudige Person mit Belastbarkeit.
- Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse und Erfahrung mit IT-Programmen.

Your Tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team of the protected residential group F1
- Staff planning
- Individual and resource-oriented care and nursing of residents suffering from dementia
- Active participation in daily nursing routines
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with general practitioners and therapists
- Quality assurance and further development of nursing
Your Backpack
- Training as a qualified nurse HF or equivalent qualification
- Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Communicative and decisive person who values working with elderly people
- High resilience and assertiveness
- Good knowledge of German
- Good PC user skills and experience with common IT programmes
