Your tasks:
In this versatile position, you are a central hub in the Trinational Civil Engineering degree programme and actively contribute to its successful further development. You work independently, think proactively and engage actively in cross-border collaboration. Your varied range of tasks includes in particular:
- Organisation and support of administrative and organisational processes in the Bachelor’s degree programme
- Active involvement in the recruitment and supervision of students
- Coordination of cooperation between France, Switzerland and Germany
- Ensuring target group-oriented communication and preparation of relevant information for students
The position is initially limited until 31.07.2029.
Your profile:
You enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment and keep an overview even with diverse tasks. With your organisational talent and communication skills, you contribute significantly to the smooth running of the degree programme. You bring in particular:
- Completed commercial training
- Proactive, communicative personality with an independent and reliable working style as well as pronounced teamwork skills
- Good user knowledge of MS Office
- Confident German as well as good English and French skills, both spoken and written
