Your tasks
As an employee in the pathology secretariat, your main task is to independently handle all writing and office tasks arising in the secretariat as well as typing reports from dictation. Additionally, you are responsible for patient reception and manage the triage of telephone, fax, and emails. As an independent and customer-friendly personality, you support the daily workflows as well as the doctors and the laboratory.
What you bring
What you bring
Preferably, you have training as a medical secretary and are familiar with medical terminology. You have excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written. Additionally, you speak and write Italian at a high level. If you enjoy working with a PC and are accustomed to typing tasks, then you are exactly right with us.
You like precise work, always prioritise customer satisfaction, keep a clear head even in hectic moments, and have a positive and motivated attitude in collaboration with your colleagues. A quick grasp of new information rounds off your profile.
