Your future areas of responsibility

• You will continuously operate, manage and develop our Windows 11 client platform with Config Manager and Microsoft Intune.
• You plan, package, test and distribute software solutions efficiently and reliably.
• You automate processes with PowerShell and actively contribute to the standardisation and optimisation of our workflows.
• You build client infrastructures, operate them and implement migrations as well as further developments.
• You support our employees in 1st and 2nd level support and ensure quick, solution-oriented handling of incidents.
• You actively participate in ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Release, Problem, Configuration and Capacity Management).
• You competently assist the business with questions regarding servers and databases.

Your skills and competencies

• You have training as a platform developer, IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification in the IT field.
• You are enthusiastic about modern workplace technologies and follow trends and developments in the client environment with interest.
• You enjoy working in a team, are flexible and appreciate an open, collaborative working style.
• You think analytically and networked, grasp complex situations quickly and develop sustainable solutions.
• You convince through a structured way of working, high personal responsibility and pronounced problem-solving skills – even in demanding situations.
• You bring initial leadership experience and are motivated to take on responsibility in a leadership role.
• You take responsibility for platform topics and proactively drive automations forward.
• You communicate clearly, appropriately for the audience and service-oriented with various stakeholders.

Languages
Fluent German or French skills in spoken and written form. As well as business fluent in the other language.
