Our team focuses on the technical advancement of the web presences and web apps (business applications) of our 36 companies – from the idea to live operation. Your tasks include, among others:

• Development and optimisation of modern web apps and websites
• Participation in internal digitalisation projects and contributing your own ideas
• Design or coordination of UX/UI solutions
• Fixing bugs and ongoing improvement of existing applications
• Technical coordination and interface function with external agencies and partners
• Close collaboration with various teams for smooth processes
• Continuous monitoring of new technologies and tools in web development

• Experience in developing modern web applications as well as a solid technical foundation
• Strong analytical thinking and enjoyment in solving technical problems cleanly
• Drive and initiative – you tackle things and stay on track
• A penchant for delving deeply into a topic rather than just scratching the surface
• Experience with UX/UI and a good eye for appealing, user-friendly design or willingness to act as a coordination point for UX/UI freelancers
• Structured, responsible working style and hands-on mentality
• Enjoyment of working in an agency environment and with people from various professional groups
