Job Description
The Federation of Romand Enterprises Geneva, with its 29,000 member companies and more than 80 professional associations, has four missions: - defending the private economy, - providing services to its members, - leading reflection on societal evolution, - connecting its members and partners. FER Geneva promotes a liberal economy based on individual initiative and responsibility, as well as respect for partners. It defends and advises employers in labour relations and social policy. It intervenes with authorities and has representatives on official commissions. FER Geneva provides services to its members in the fields of social insurance (FER CIAM, CIEPP), secretariat of professional associations, labour law, collective bargaining, vocational training, occupational health and safety, wages, and social security. Finally, it is a reference centre for employers on all major economic issues. It participates in consultation procedures and media debates and publicises its positions through its publications.
