Deputy for the Head of Nursing and Care 80 – 100%
Tasks
- Personnel, professional and organisational management of the nursing and care department in the absence of the head of department
- Monitoring the implementation of standards regarding nursing and care quality including nursing processes
- Duty planning of the nursing teams
- Supporting the team leaders, those responsible for education and leading the night shift team in collaboration with the head of nursing and care
- Close cooperation with the nursing expert and RAI officer
- Intensive contact with residents, relatives including clarifications when rooms are reallocated
Requirements
- Completed training as a registered nurse FH / HF
- Completed leadership training and leadership experience
- Teamwork skills, assertiveness, high social and self-competence
- Experience in long-term care
- Leadership, support and promotion of employees as well as good cooperation with various departments are important to you
- Good IT and RAI LTCF knowledge
