Support and further development of central business applications throughout their entire lifecycle.
Analysis and sustainable resolution of complex faults in 2nd-level support as well as coordination with other support levels.
Monitoring of applications, evaluation of system messages and early resolution of operational problems.
Coordination of changes, incidents and problem cases as well as transparent information to relevant stakeholders.
Participation in projects, releases and technical developments as well as ensuring complete and up-to-date documentation.
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by further training at HF level.
Initial experience in application management, application support or technical support of business applications.
Knowledge in log analysis, monitoring and fault diagnosis as well as ideally experience with tools such as Splunk, Grafana or similar solutions.
Basic understanding of software development, DevOps, relational databases and SQL; knowledge of the .NET or Microsoft environment is an advantage.
Analytical and solution-oriented personality with willingness to learn, reliable working style and readiness for occasional on-call duty.
