Your tasks
- Leading the cleaning team during the day and evening
- Conducting quality controls, maintaining documentation as well as monitoring and ensuring compliance with work processes
- Internal training of employees
- Creating duty rosters, system management, and time reporting
- On-site contact person for the customer
- Compliance with specified safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines
- Assisting with cleaning
- Activity in the Basel and Rheinfelden region
Your profile
- Work experience in hospital cleaning and/or hospitality is an advantage
- Completed training as a building cleaner EFZ or EBA is an advantage
- Leadership skills are an advantage
- Strong service orientation, independent and reliable working style as well as flexibility
- Good German skills (spoken and written)
- Valid residence permit C or B permit with employment (for foreign applicants)
