About the job
The "Im Hof" centre in Greifensee is located near the lake and was established in 2008. The foundation fulfils the service mandate for the municipality of Greifensee with 28 beds for inpatient long-term care, twelve age-appropriate apartments, and the public Spitex.
After many years of service in our foundation, our Head of Spitex Greifensee will retire in the middle of next year. In the spirit of succession planning, we are looking for a
Deputy Head Spitex Greifensee 60% to 100%
Your tasks
In this role, you report to the Spitex management. In consultation with the management, you take on the personnel, professional, and organisational responsibility for a team of around 12 employees. Together with the management and the team, you ensure professional, customer-oriented care. Regular practical assignments are part of your duties, you carry out needs assessments (RAI-HC) and thus keep your finger on the pulse at the grassroots level. You ensure process-oriented workflows, use your scope for design, and actively shape Spitex Greifensee.
Special concerns for you include ensuring a smooth daily routine and the continuous development of care and support quality.
Together with the new Spitex management, you create the framework conditions for good interdisciplinary collaboration, as well as high customer and employee satisfaction.
Your profile
You are an experienced nursing professional HF/FH with leadership experience in a Spitex. As Deputy Head, you are a pronounced team player, communicate transparently, and appreciate shared responsibility as well as open feedback. Networked thinking, high social competence, a confident manner, and good IT skills (Perigon) complete your profile. It would be nice but not essential if you held the vocational trainer qualification.
