Responsibilities

As a Technical Secretary, Assistant Project Manager, your main tasks will include:

• Providing administrative and organisational support to managers and project leaders.
• Participating in the preparation and costing of bids, offers and company contracts.
• Managing invoicing and financial monitoring of projects.
• Handling correspondence and communications.
• Attending internal meetings and drafting minutes.
• Entering, monitoring and updating project-related data.
• Carrying out various administrative tasks related to project management.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Training in administration, project management or an equivalent technical field.
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a technical environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, project management tools, etc.).
• Good written and spoken communication in French; knowledge of German or English is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Rigour, proactivity and attention to detail.
