Your Tasks
- Ensuring the smooth running of the medical consultation hours
- Scheduling consultation, treatment, and diagnostic appointments
- Performing specific diagnostic activities in the area of deployment with patient care and assistance during examinations
- Performing venous and capillary blood sampling
- Correction and dispatch of various outpatient reports, drafting various correspondences, and, if necessary, minute-taking at various meetings
- Targeted support in process development
- Meticulous maintenance of patient records in the electronic patient dossier (KISIM/Navision) and serving as the telephone contact person for patients as well as internal and external partners
Your Profile
- A completed vocational training, preferably as an MPA with X-ray diploma, or a health professional willing to obtain an X-ray diploma
- A strong affinity for handling medical-technical devices and computers
- Fluent German with solid terminology knowledge, reflecting our professionalism in correcting medical reports as well as handling all correspondences
- Forward-looking organisational talent as well as a reliable, team-oriented, solution-focused, and highly patient- and service-oriented personality
- Interest and enjoyment in the profession and interdisciplinary teamwork
- Willingness to contribute ideas, learn new things, and help shape the further development of the consultation hours
