Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with CAM Programming

Activities

Conventional grinding of standard tools and re-sharpening using 5-axis grinding machines
CAM programming and machine setup
Performing basic mechanical tasks such as turning, milling, and cylindrical grinding
Cleaning the tools to be processed
Independent tool inspection and measurement
Maintenance of the processing machines

Requirements

Completed basic training as a Polymechanic EFZ or Production Mechanic EFZ
Experience in the production of small series and individual parts
Good German language skills
Precise and solution-oriented working style
Team player, motivated, flexible, and reliable
