This position offers you
- You lead a team of five employees both professionally and disciplinarily, coordinate and prioritize tasks, and continuously promote their further training
- With your expertise, you ensure that the tests (setup, execution, evaluation, and documentation) meet the defined quality standards
- You work closely with your stakeholders from preliminary, product, and series development as well as with test design, test management, and the quality department
- You are responsible for the technical infrastructure of the laboratory as well as for safety management
You bring the following to the position
- You have a technical education – ideally in the field of mechatronics or electrical engineering
- You bring solid leadership experience from the laboratory area, ideally around reliability and endurance tests
- Ideally, you have knowledge and practical experience in test bench construction as well as in maintenance
- Your demand for quality and your passion for continuous optimization make you an important support in the team
- With your excellent German skills and good English skills, you are well equipped
