We are looking for a responsible personality with leadership qualities and a passion for customer contact. As a team leader, you take on a central role in the further development of our customer consulting area and the appearance in our customer hall.

• Leadership & Development: Responsibility for the targeted leadership and further development of the customer consulting team.
• Operational Excellence: Ensuring smooth operations and a high service standard in the customer zone.
• Customer Mediation: Active support and development of potential customers with the goal of specifically transferring them to the private customer teams and thus sustainably strengthening the customer base.
• Market Development & Representation: Implementation of sales and market development measures as well as performing representative tasks to strengthen the brand image and promote business success.
