Your area of responsibility includes, among other things:
- Preparation and provision of production materials
- Assembling, setting up, and operating modern production equipment
- Monitoring ongoing production processes
- Conducting quality checks during manufacturing
- Adjusting and optimising production workflows
- Assisting with technical faults as well as simple maintenance tasks
- Manual assembly and populating of electronic assemblies for smaller production quantities
- Ensuring a clean, structured, and quality-oriented workflow
- Ideally knowledge in electronics manufacturing, automation, or machine operation
- Good technical understanding and interest in modern production processes
- Precise and conscientious working style
- Strong quality awareness
- Reliability, initiative, and sense of responsibility
- Resilience and willingness to adapt flexibly to different production tasks
- Good knowledge of German
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system

Tasks
In this role, you will undertake a variety of tasks within automated electronics manufacturing and contribute to ensuring that production processes run efficiently and without disruption.Your area of responsibility includes, among other things:
