As a numbers expert, you will manage various property accounts in collaboration with the property management team and thus make a significant contribution to achieving our goals.

• Managing property accounts from A to Z
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handling accounting tasks related to mandate entries and exits
• Assisting in the preparation of heating and operating cost statements
• Preparing customer-specific reports
• Supporting and collaborating with the property management teams
• Project and clean-up work

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in accounting is a must, and further training in finance/property is a plus
• Confident German, good French skills
• You are solution-oriented and tackle challenging tasks immediately
• Your working style is precise, independent, and solution-focused
