Specialist Import/Export 100% (Maternity Cover)

An internationally operating, renowned company at the heart of the Swiss economy, known for the highest quality standards and global logistics processes, we are looking for an Export/Import Specialist 100%.

The position is limited from now until June 2027

Your core tasks:

• Independent organisation of worldwide customer orders including all related customs and shipping documents.
• Procurement, evaluation and coordination of international freight (truck, sea and air freight) as well as deadline monitoring in coordination with planning and logistics.
• Organisation of special and customised shipments (e.g. repairs, tools) as well as preparation of certificates of origin, authentications and certificates.
• Professional handling of letters of credit (L/C) according to international and internal guidelines.
• Active participation in coordination meetings with customers, sales and supply chain.
• Maintenance of relevant master data in SAP, creation of process documents/training materials as well as involvement in future-oriented projects and evaluations.

• Commercial basic training supplemented by targeted further education (e.g. foreign trade specialist with federal diploma or comparable foreign trade courses).
• At least 3–5 years of solid practical experience in handling import and export processes is a must.
• Proven and confident user knowledge in the SAP SD module as well as MS Office.
• Native German speaker with good English skills at B1 level in spoken and written form for daily international communication.
• You convince through a high degree of personal responsibility, assertiveness, structured thinking and pronounced teamwork skills.
